IASC allows the use of its prestigious round certification seal for those who apply for and pass IASC's rigorous standards for content and purity. Those who are approved may use its seal on products, literature, labels, etc. The seal reads Certified – Aloe content and purity in this product – International Aloe Science Council with an Aloe plant in the middle. Don't be misled by those who will produce look-alike seals trying to immulate the real seal with an illegal seal that looks similar. They most likely will use this because their products could not pass IASC's rigid standards. They may fool some people some of the time but, DO NOT BE ONE OF THEM. The seal looks like this:
It may be in different sizes or different colors, but must look just like this and the product must truly be registered by IASC to be valid. A list of legal products bearing this seal is published on our website and updated often. If a product is in question and you want to be sure, contact the IASC office.

IASC's name, logo and round IASC certification seal are all trademarked and we will do whatever is necessary to protect it's integrity. If a company uses a certified Aloe raw material in their product, this is only for companies to know that the Aloe raw material they use is certified. Companies producing finished products using Aloe as an ingredient cannot use IASC's name or seal without separately having their finished products certified also. This is to ensure the company buying this Aloe raw material that it is certified by IASC. Companies wishing to certify finished products must use certified Aloe raw material and have a minimum of 15% certified Aloe and apply for finished product certification. There are two different types of certification.
