Recertification
-
An
annual recertification fee will be assessed to each company
twelve months after being certified and each year there
after. This will include sending the latest products and/or
raw material samples to the IASC office, which will be blinded
and forwarded to an outside audited laboratory for analysis.
Upon completion, updated certificates will be delivered.
-
The IASC office will automatically inoice you for recertificaiton.
This will be done two months prior to the recertification
due date with a request for labels, literature and samples.
The sample, lables and literature may be sent early, but
payment must be made by the due date.
-
Processing of the samples cannot take place until payment
is received. If payment or samples are not received within
60 days after the due date, your product certificaiton will
be discontinued. To re-establish certification, a company
will be required to resubmit an application as if newly
applying..
-
Companies
electing not to recertify must remove the seal from products
and literature immediately. Product(s) with labels and literature
bearing the seal after decertification will be deemed illegal
and in violation of IASC trademark use and legal action
may be taken.
-
The International Aloe Science Council will publish certified
products on the IASC website. Products no longer approved
to bear the IASC Certfication Seal will also be published
on the site.
