The fee is to be paid to the IASC prior to arranging airline schedules and scheduling the certification inspector.
  3. Keep in mind that finished products cannot be certified until the Aloe processor/provider has first been certified. See the fee schedule page for specific costs.

Or you can print out the application form from our Web site to use.

Recertification
  1. An annual recertification fee will be assessed to each company twelve months after being certified and each year there after. This will include sending the latest certified products and/or raw material samples to the IASC office, which will be forwarded to the official independent, outside audited laboratory for retesting. Then you will receive and updated certificate of certification.
  2. The IASC office will automatically inoice you for recertificaiton. This will be done two months prior to the recertification due date with a request for labels, literature and samples. The sample, lables and literature may be sent early, but payment must be made by the due date. Processing of the samples cannot take place until payment is received. If payment or samples are not received within 60 days after the due date, your product certificaiton will be discontinued. To re-establish certification, you will be required to follow the original certification procedure, unless you seek and receive approval for a variance from the Council to accommodate extenuating circumstances. Payments delayed beyond 30 days will be subject to our established 1% per month late fee.
  3. Should you elect not to recertify, you are to remove the seal from newly manufactured products. You will have 90 days following the due date to remove or cover the seal from labels and literature. Product(s) with labels and literature bearing the seal after 90 days will be deemed illegal and violate the IASC trademark use.
  4. The International Aloe Science Council will publish your approval as being certified and will publish products no longer approved to bear the IASC Certfication Seal.
